October Progress Report

Hi everyone! It is the end of October and I am happy to announce that I have lost a total of 13 pounds! one thing I have learned is that fitness and weight release is not about motivation but it is all discipline, persistence, and perseverance. Ok, so I gave into a craving one day. I’m human and it is not the end of the world. I brush it off and I keep going. The next day is a new day full of opportunities to get it right. Actually, I don’t even need an entire day to self-correct. I will self-correct my next snack or meal. Quitting is not an option. In addition to weight I have also lost quite a few inches but I will post the numbers after the Bae Waters challenge; however, in honor of #faceliftfriday I am posting my face lift photo for everyone to see. I
am so proud of myself and my progress and I am looking forward to what lies ahead for me. 🙂
